Congress has called on the White House for a clearly articulated  strategy in Ukraine. Thus far, their response has lacked the detail that the American people are owed. So my team of military experts and I  have decided to take the matter into our own hands with our knowledge obtained through becoming deeply connected to the war.  We call on Congress to leverage its separation of powers to depart from the lack of clarity from the executive branch, and enact a shift in military aid strategy which forces the administration to prioritize short-term military aid and descope / reallocate all other Ukraine funding categories.     Appeal to Appropriations Committee to Reallocate Supplemental Aid to Ukraine Executive Summary Victory in Ukraine is synonymous with defense and hinges on the restoration of its territorial integrity. We have come to a turning point in history in which the survival of Ukraine depends on its capacity to defend itself right now, and deferred aid will be futile if Ukraine runs out of soldiers able to fight.
