very poor decision on russias part to strike across entire country.

my asssessment:1. it seems to be less calculus and more reaction to ukraine's independence day. they didn't even react like this after kursk incursion which was weeks ago and we already had a POW exchange.
2. it has high potential to trigger us to lift restrictions on american weapons striking into russian territory @ mil targets3.
after ukr independence day, everybody is enlivened and refreshed, world
leaders kiss up to president, and therefore it would be hypocritical
not to follow thru with any political backlash (in other words, bad
political timing on russias part). think, we just got done partying all weekend, celebrating, talking about our leaders - planning - and now we have a lot of political momentum.
4. ukr still occupies kursk.
for russia to focus on civilian targets to terrorize country,
meanwhile, they can't even oust the ukrainians, is indicative to me of
their flawed military strategy. for instance, they acheived nothign signficant territorially or militarily - they are just trying to threaten us.
5.
based on my assessment, the only thing vladimir p will achieve by oct 1
is losing more territory to ukrainians. ukrainians were confident
enough to go in. and kursk is not that far from moscow i am hoping for a
land bridge and potential mutiny 6. as ukrainan americans plea the us admin to allow ukrainians to strike into russia @ mil targets with american made weapons, we should seriously consider if the kremlin is a credible military target. or at the very least, putin's face.
